CEO and Founder Ranjit Bawa captains the ship of High Bridge Consulting. Ranjit grew up in a military family, spending his formative days at the Lawrence School, Sanawar. He credits this 161-year-old school’s “Never Give In” motto for his dogged persistenceand marathon attitude.
He started his career in textiles and was responsible for sales into the US and South America. His customers were household names such as Gap, Tommy Hilfiger, and Polo Ralph Lauren. During the Y2K days he decided to take the plunge into technology, joining a consulting firm almost precisely at the peak of the recession.
It was through the “Never Give In” inspiration of his alma materand his passionate commitment to customer experience that he was able to make inroads into this highly competitive industry, securing accounts like Deutsche Bank, ADP, and Medco (now Express Scripts).
Soon thereafter, he pursued an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business with a specialty in marketing and finance. During that time, he joined a start-up consulting firm where he was instrumental in driving revenue from $1mn to approximately $60mn.
