  • Bonuses: Performance-based bonuses may be awarded at management's discretion.

5. Time Off & Leave

  • Paid Time Off (PTO): Full-time employees accrue PTO based on tenure, usable for vacation, personal time, or illness.
  • Holidays: Refer to the U.S. Holiday Schedule above for observed company holidays.
  • Sick Leave: Employees may use accrued PTO or sick leave in accordance with applicable state and local laws.
  • Parental Leave: Eligible employees may take parental leave in accordance with company policy and the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), where applicable.
  • Bereavement & Jury Duty Leave: Paid leave is provided for qualifying bereavement and jury duty circumstances.

6. Workplace Policies

  • Attendance: Employees are expected to maintain regular attendance and promptly notify their manager of any absence.
  • Dress Code: Business casual attire is standard unless otherwise specified for client-facing engagements.
  • Remote Work: Remote and hybrid work arrangements may be available depending on role and manager approval.
  • Anti-Harassment: Highbridge maintains a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, discrimination, or retaliation of any kind.

7. Health & Safety

8. Technology & Data Security

  • Company equipment and systems are provided for business purposes and are subject to monitoring.
  • Employees must follow data security protocols to protect client and company information.
  • Use of personal devices for work purposes must comply with IT security guidelines.

9. Performance & Development

  • Performance Reviews: Conducted annually, with informal check-ins throughout the year.
  • Professional Development: Highbridge supports ongoing training, certifications, and career growth opportunities.

10. Separation of Employment

  • Employees may resign with two weeks' written notice.
  • Final paychecks and benefits information will be provided in accordance with state law.
  • Exit interviews may be conducted to gather feedback.

By continuing employment with Highbridge, employees acknowledge they have received, read, and understood this Employee Handbook and agree to comply with its policies.
